Meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
***NOTE*** Due to New Years Day, the January meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month, January 8.
The Homeward Bound Ad Hoc Committee was formed to examine issues within the City of Barstow related to homelessness and food insecurity and to review policy issues related to the City of Barstow homeless population and response functions as referred by the City Council or the City Manager.
